We end our season with a smile, and a masterpiece: Schubert’s glorious, majestic and sunny “Great” C Major Symphony #9, stands as a pinnacle of orchestral melody, and broke new grounds for its form, inspiring Schumann and other later composers. A favourite of musicians and audiences alike, and a thrilling finale for our 2021 – 2022 season!
